Trisha Hart

Who is Trisha?

It’s hard to write about me.

To answer the question, who am I?

Well, I’m a being of love and light.

I enjoy sharing positivity, hope, and I aim to inspire. I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, with Santosha Yoga Institute in March 2020, along with 50 hours Pre, Post Natal, Children and Teens. I am about to embark on a 50 hour Trauma-Informed Restorative Yoga Teacher Training course, which I hope will give me enough knowledge and experience to teach Trauma-Informed Restorative Yoga.

Do you find yourself searching for something?

Too often we look to external sources for validation, for pleasure, for anything - searching aimlessly. I want to teach you about just being. How everything we need in life resides from within us.

Such as inner strength, resilience, positivity, peace, and an infinite well of love. Wanting for nothing and no one and just feeling a sense of belonging, of love for yourself and others.

It is what it is, it will be what it will be, & it cannot be what it is not

Acceptance and surrendering to the natural flow of life are key to navigating through any obstacle or situation. The most difficult of times teach us to be present. With presence, we accept a moment how it is because it cannot be any other way. Every experience is guiding us to where we are destined to be. I genuinely believe this and have noticed such serendipity my whole life. When we look at the lessons we learn from a mistake made or during challenging times, regret becomes a thing of the past or non existent because finding the lesson enables us to be grateful for the learning.
